Fatima Norell-Sokhieva comes from the ancient aristocratic Sokhiev family of Ossetia (Alania), the Caucasus. She was educated in Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

She has founded and developed seven successful businesses in real estate, investments and international business, including Delovoy Business Centers and Royal Baltic Polo Resort in Sweden. She is also the founder of Royal Group Swiss — Luxury Real Estate, Investments & Consulting.

In 2017, together with her husband Peter Norell, Fatima founded Eco Future Forum. The first Forum brought together approximately 3,000 participants and 33 international speakers, followed by editions in 2020 and 2021.

For more than 30 years, Fatima has practiced yoga and meditation. She is the creator of NORELL METHOD, combining Eastern philosophy, conscious living, personal development and successful entrepreneurship.

Fatima participates in international forums and professional platforms, including Davos and Caspian Week.

Ashish Saraf is Chairman of Open Origin Inc, Saraf Enterprises and Open Origin India. Based in London and New York, he brings over four decades of industrial experience and belongs to India’s Saraf family, associated with the FACOR group.
His work focuses on bringing artificial intelligence, defence technologies, data centres, hydrogen and ammonia solutions to India. Open Origin is developing a $5.8 billion green ammonia production facility alongside a 4,000 MW solar plant in New Mexico, USA.

Pandit AmeyatmaDas is a spiritual teacher, professional musician and holistic practitioner. In early 2026 he was initiated as a Pandit — a Hindu priest — by enlightened spiritual master Paramahamsa Vishwananda, and he now travels the world sharing the ancient wisdom of Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism's actual name) and teaching its profound and transformative spiritual practices.
